New Patient Clinic at Asbury:
New Patients: If you are wanting to become a new patient at Good Samaritan Health Services, you will need to fill out a New Patient Appointment Request Form. Please be aware that appointments are not guaranteed, and appointment slots are very limited. Patients must reside in the Tulsa area, be uninsured, and not be established at another Tulsa community clinic. Please click here to access the appointment request form. You will be notified of your appointment in 3-4 weeks by phone and/or text only if you are accepted as a new patient. If you do not receive notification, you will need to seek care elsewhere.

Established Patients
Mondays 5PM to 7PM at Asbury Development Center
Same Day Appointments for acute problems only
If you are a Good Samaritan patient and have developed a health issue that needs to be addressed before your next scheduled appointment, you may try walking in to the Asbury Development Center on Mondays between 5 and 7 PM. We will see as many walk-ins as we can, but please realize we will only address the single most pressing health concern. This does not replace your regular clinic visits. No appointments can be scheduled, this is for walk-ins only.
